Todo muy limpio y muy bonito

La ubicación. Es perfecta hay comercios por todos lados un mercado cerca un mercadona bajo del edificio hay un super condis, restaurantes muy buenos . Calidad precio razonable.

Los colchones de la cama más que nada la matrimonial . Pero el resto bien.

Very clean, comfortable property. There is no parking , for guests with car will be difficult to find parking spot .

Nothing really - we loved it

Location was around 40 mins from Barcelona city centre by public transport.

Upon arrival the apartment was not clean, it was visibly dusty in both communal areas and bedrooms. The apartment also had several issues. The back door for the kitchen that leads to the laundry area (which is quite exposed and easy to access by tenants in other flats if someone so wished to) didn’t have a functioning lock. This made us feel unsafe so we barricaded this door for the first night, it was fixed the following day. The kitchen had an extremely PUNGENT smell coming from the drain of the sink in there. It smelled like rotting fish…as if the drain had not been cleaned since fitting the sink. It was awful and meant that we didn’t feel comfortable cooking in the apartment and the maintenance did nothing about this despite reporting this smell multiple times on our stay. We had to keep the kitchen door shut to try contain the smell. The washroom furthest from the entrance into the apartment had a shower that was both mouldy and had a clogged drain, so you couldn’t shower for 5 minutes without flooding the bathroom floor. This also meant that on the first night me and my family had to stand in each others dirty shower water :). The maintenance did come and mask the mould with silicone (doesn’t mean that the mould wasn’t being inhaled any time we were in the apartment though). They also unclogged the drain. Any time water was used in this bathroom, whether from the taps attached to the sinks or by simply flushing the toilet, leaking would occur around the tiles along the back wall. Which was disgusting to say the least. Maintenance team did not fix this within our stay. The bathroom closest to the entrance, had a shower with no hot water!! :) the shower would not work when someone was using the other shower too. So it was practically pointless.

Nice size, nice area, lovely balcony. Slept 6 comfortably. Good value. Good for self catering, but also some good restaurants to eat out at.

Showers could do with having a little maintenance.
