Liked the queen suite. Older furniture but nice over all. The included breakfast was fantastic! Overall, nice place. I had to go to another place the next night because it went up in price $35. I was bummed. U would think they keep the person who was already in it. Then losing a customer. I would stay again tho. If price is right

Halls looked a bit old and dirty.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The fire pit outside was really great.

I got double charged for the room and if I had not noticed it, it would probably have stayed that way.

We traveled from VA for a basketball tournament. The location was close to the event center. Upon arriving the staff was welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. Our TV wasn't working at first and the front desk offered us another room that was nice. My husband discovered the box was just unplugged. The breakfast area was clean the attendant was very nice and helpful. I really just enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the place. Other guest spoke as they walked pass in the hallways. While leaving the young man at the front desk was kind as well. I would stay again.

We had to relocate to another room at midnight due to pee and blood stains on the mattresses, the water pressure in the new room was poor, the tub had dirt lines, i had to clean myself

Breakfast and location were fine.

Upon arrival, I was told there was no room available for me, despite the fact that I had checked in ahead of time, remotely. System issues were blamed, but it was a long time before we were given a room. For a "pet friendly" hotel, the bathroom (in which we planned to keep the cats) was incredibly tiny. In addition, the pull out bed was awful, sleeping on the bed while not pulled out wasn't feasible due to sagging, so I ended up on the mini-sofa area. Overall, not a great night's sleep. Mom had a nice bed though.
