I’ve been staying at this Residence Inn on all my business trips to Wilmington for the past 8 years. It is my comfortable home away from home (which is Charlotte) and Bill has been influential on why I love staying here. "Lydia at the Front Desk went above and beyond for us"

The location and the size of the suite

They only cleaned our room one time during our four night stay. I had to call to ask for clean towels because they skipped our room for no reason
