Residence Inn by Marriott Wilmington Landfall

location was good for us, food not so good

their accounting of our stay. first they couldnt find the reservation, then they booked us out rather than seeing the extension so we had to pay again.

Residence Inn is one of my favorite hotels. I love the home away from home aspect. I liked that all the rooms were spacious and not cramped for it to be a two bedroom suite. The amenities were great and the bed was very comfortable.

The location is very convenient for our needs.

This is a dated property. It appears to be recently remodeled. The corridor from the lobby to the rooms is heavily scented with a deodorizer that is offensive. The beds could be replaced. The mattress was like a hammock. The large screen television was dim and the quality of the image was not sharp.

Staff was very very friendly. Property was very clean and hotel was very nice. Would definitely recommend and I will be back again to stay

This is my go to hotel when staying in Wilmington. They are perfectly located between Wrightsville and downtown. The room is always clean and the staff is amazing. Bill works the front desk and bar always there with a smile and a few jokes! He always makes you feel welcomed and wanting to come back.

Kids were running around and making noise on the hallway

Ensure families with kids to not allow loud shouting and running in halls

The bar was less than desirable. They didn’t have any vodka! Very strange item to be out of at a bar. Would have spent more time there if available. Food at breakfast had a nice variety. Loved the vegetarian options.

We were on our way to the Brunswick County Beaches and are from Maryland. US17 was flooded and closed, and we were stranded for hours. We found the landfall Residence Inn online and proceeded to book online and head that way. After being stuck in the car for 13 hours what a relief it was to be greeted by such a polit, professional staff here, Darnise & Bill were so helpful registering us and ensuring we were comfortable during our stay. The facility was clean, modern and quiet. But the staff makes the property worth the visit. Darnise & Bill thank you again for your hospitality.
