Margaret Thomas, front office manager, was very helpful and friendly. We were able to move to the Holiday Inn Express after having some horrific issues at another motel in Beatrice, so it was very nice to have a welcoming experience and a beautifully clean hotel and room. We would definitely stay here when in Beatrice!
