Had to get assistance to turn on TV both days

The staff was excellent.

Decent. Friendly staff. Building starting to show age.

This was the worst stay I’ve ever had. We killed 3 spiders (brown recluses) in our room which is so dangerous for us and our son. And the a/c was broken in our room so we all were dripping sweat all night. Awful never again

Breakfast was wonderful, spacious room and relatively quiet for being across from a Love’s truck stop.

Never could get the tv to work.

My daughter and I stayed here on our way home from Tennessee. When we got there, I got the weirdest vibe. We did digital check in. The door to our room was stuck on the bottom so had to push really hard. This morning at 7:15 someone tried to get into our room. I knew it wasnt housekeeping because checkout wasnt until 11. Thankfully I had the deadbolt and the flip lock engaged because the actual handle turned. I tried calling the front desk 3 times with no answer. I woke my daughter and we booked it out of there. I hardly slept because something just felt off the entire time we were there (less than 12 hours).

This stay was awful! The guy was rude and lazy, as well as refused to do his job. We had two different rooms the tv did not work in either. First key to first room did not work side door so we could go in the building from our car so we didn't have to walk around the entire building, tv did not work in room. Guy told us that we had to fix it, no dude its 1:30 in the morning we just wanna sleep! 2nd room, key care worked, cool....but no TV o dang. Was fed up at that point! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Was there because power went out at home and needed a place to sleep with our sleep machines. This dude was just plain rude.
