Un bon hôtel, la gentillesse d'une partie du personnel. Petit-déjeuner assez varié. Très grande chambre, avec cuisine.

Des problèmes avec les cartes clés, obligée d'aller à la réception en changer, 3 fois en 3 jours. Une des portes qui donnent à l'extérieur à l'arrière ne ferme pas, pas bon pour la sécurité. Je suis restée 3 jours et on ne m'a jamais changé les serviettes, 2 au départ, je ne savais pas qu'il fallait réclamer. Pour le prix ce devrait être automatique, une fois ....

"A great stay for a few nights in San Antonio!"

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel was in good condition and easy to find, as well as well located and connected to San Antonio. Finally, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was good - the allergen information was particularly useful.
