The location

There were small cockroaches in the room and we were moved to another room right away. The night clerk was very nice and told me to speak with the manager in the morning. Following day I spoke with day morning clerk to tell the manager my situation and she just said "oh that's ok. It's good" and never called.the manager to come. Second room also.had cockroaches and took pics. I told.the clerk when I checked out. He just apologized

I like the convenience of the location. It was very close to several restaurants and grocery stores. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and appreciative.

I thought the front desk staff could have been a little more friendly when I checked in. I was also just made to learn that although I had requested and I know it was just a request for a ground floor room with the pups, they put me on the top and far from the elevator.

I like the area ,but to start we had problems all weekend with the AC and never got fixed even though I told them through out the weekend. Then the deposit is ridiculous, we are to adult that don't go out drinking and partying and come destroy property or steal things. Then you all don't take cash for deposit to get it right back before leaving, it all has to be charged in a card that alone is an inconvenience.

The deposit really has to change to being abel to pay cash, because the room was already paid 5 weeks in advance and to be abel to get your deposit right away would be good.

The breakfast was good and also the location

There where bugs at out room, also smells like humidity and the “crib” for our baby was broken
