The location, the breakfast, all of it was great.

The water in the bathroom tub would clog up took a while to go down. However everything else was great.

Clean rooms, Area location, Friendly staff and Quiet area. Oh and breakfast was good.

No notice that there was no running shower water or pressure when we arrived if not I would have canceled the stay. I was told it would be just a little while once I discovered the issue. Needless to say nothing until the next morning. Next morning it was only cold water. Staff told me they would refund half the day. I text and called the GM to no avail. No answer. I then called Booking to get a refund not because I wanted something for free but for the principal. Im sure the staff and GM would not like cold water to shower or no water at all. I was a repeat customer. Not any more. Booking, you should have got me a full refund not this $48 shit. Hey GM learn customer service skills.

La ubicacion es muy buena.

Durante una semana que estuve ahi, 3 días tuvieron problemas con el agua caliente y NO tuvimos agua caliente para bañarnos, en el front desk solo decia que lo estaban arreglando, pero el problema duro 3 días, al grado de que hubo un día que no hubo nada de agua y dijeron que iban a hacer el refund de una noche y no hicieron nada. Le hace falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel, se ve viejo y descuidado. Las alfombras, elevador, etc.
