The location was great. Staff were friendly.

Room was outdated. The restroom curtain smelled bad. The door of the restroom wouldn’t close fully, so we couldn’t use the restroom without the door closed. I had a room right by the exit door and curtain wouldn’t fully close so the light from outside was constantly on. It didn’t allow us to sleep we kept waking up because of it. The kitchen dishes were dirty as well.

Safe. It felt safe. Desk clerks were friendly and amazing. Staff was professional.

Que era una habitación cómoda con cocina y que la oferta nos incluyó desayuno.

Nunca fueron a la habitación a limpiarl y cambiar sábanas. Aún cuando en 2 ocasiones fui al counter y lo dejé saber ya que nuestra estadía fue de 1 semana. Éramos 2 y solo 2 toallas hubo. Blower de cabello dañado y yo lo utilizo. Teníamos que nosotros estar constantemente visitando en counter para cambiarlas. Tuvieron problemas con una de las bombas de agua y eliminaron la caliente y bajaron el bombeo sin informar a los huéspedes. Esto fue en fin de semana y supuestamente el que lo arreglaba no atendería la situación hasta lunes y así estuvimos.

The only place I stay while in San Antonio. Very friendly staff. Nice " neighborhood " to walk my dog. Close to Walmart, grocery store, restaurants and shopping.

There really isn't anything I didn't like.

The room and property were very clean. The hotel is very quiet. The staff was very friendly and professional.

It’s the best cheap hotel I’ve stayed in.
