The Staff was good

the pool didn’t work and the basketball court and so rounds where not keep clean, give it a bad impression

Breakfast needs improvement in preparation of eggs.

We got to breakfast at 8:20 and everything was gone no eggs no potatoes no sausage and were told they would not make anymore cause breakfast ended at 8:30. People were turned away.

They had a full breakfast that was good. Staff was friendly and help us with our needs. Rooms were clean-ish.

I did see one roach crawling on the curtins in one of the rooms during our stay and I didn't see any more after that. The pool was closed for cleaning the entire time we were there we had to go across the street to swim at a neighboring hotel. I guess there was a basketball competition that week there were lots of high school boys there and they had track races down the hallways both two days and stayed up being loud sounded like a big party. I overheard someone complaining at the front desk but it was never handled. It kept on the entire time.

The staff was nice but that was about it.

I didn’t like when I walked in it was already open. Sink and tub still have hair we didn’t have no towels in the room.

Habíamos elegido una habitación en teoría, según fotos era doble y conectada entre ellas dos por medio de una pequeña sala, luego al llegar nos dijeron que la reserva era de 2 habitaciones separadas. Una de ellas tuvimos que devolverla por que tenía un olor cómo a humedad y rancio. Las camas de la habitación del 2 piso estaban muy duras.
