The bed in room 101 was too soft for me. Breakfast only has few options.

Convenient with a microwave and small coffee machine. Comfortable room for two travellers and even get a breakfast. Good value

Small package of shampoo is difficult to open when handling wet.

We really liked the location, as it is right in the center of Medicine Hat. We were very happy with the service and the staff. A very friendly young man checked us in quickly, explained everything clearly, and the whole check-in process took no more than three minutes. The room was really clean. The mattresses and beds were comfortable, the bed linen and towels were fresh and clean, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The TV worked perfectly, with many channels, YouTube, and other apps available, although we did not have much time to use it. In the morning, there was a very pleasant breakfast with convenient breakfast hours. We also enjoyed the lounge area with games. We especially had a great time playing tabletop curling. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel. The price-to-quality ratio was excellent. We hope everything stays at the same level, and we will definitely continue staying at this hotel in the future.

On the contrary, we were pleasantly surprised that for such a price we received such good service.

The shower on the other hand did’t have hot water all the time and the breakfast was not continental, no eggs or fruit, yogurt.
