Der einzige, aber durchaus beeindruckende Pluspunkt ist die Aussicht – ein direkter Blick auf den Kazbek und die Dreifaltigkeitskirche. Leider können wir das Hotel trotzdem nicht empfehlen.

Das Hotel wirkt in der Realität deutlich älter und abgenutzter als auf den Fotos. Der Check-in gestaltete sich schwierig – der Betreiber war kaum anzutreffen, die Wartezeit war lang und das Personal wirkte wenig zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück fiel schlicht aus und bot kaum landestypische Speisen. Das größte Manko war das Badezimmer: stark sanierungsbedürftig und mit möglichem Schimmelbefall. Außerdem war Kartenzahlung nicht möglich, obwohl es angegeben wurde.
