Spacious and clean

We booked for 5 people but only had 4 towels provided. Only 1 coffee cup in the kitchen, all other are small teacups There is an unpleasant smell when getting off the elevator and in the hallway Not very soundproof at night The parking bays are very small and lower at the exit which is not suitable for SUV's Swimming pool wat not heated

Located close to both the airport and my work site I visited.

Stayed for 3 nights. Only enough coffee/sugar for 1 morning and was not refilled. Was looking three options and selected Mantra on Hay as it had a heated swimming pool. The pool was not heated. I visit Perth for work annually but will book elsewhere in the future.
