Superb location just outside the centre with easy in-and-out parking for those looking to move around the city. Ten-minute drive to downtown or Elgin Street. Spacious rooms, a plentiful breakfast and a good pool for kids. We'll return.

Our family had such a comfortable stay. Will definitely come back to stay next time we come visit. Staff is very friendly. Parking instructions are easy to follow. The hotel room is spacious and clean. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating!

Hanpron as ysual us great hotel, hoiwever I dusnt feel weocome at all wgen I was checked in. I had requested higher floor and was assigned ground floor. I understand ygat sonetomes it may not be possible for yge hotel to accommodate but making to feel unweocome to Hampron inn in my 50 years exoerience is hard to understand i hought staff gets great training on making guests welcome even when the soecials requests could not be accommodated and are explained to yhe guests.

We stay here each time we travel to Ottawa. It is in a very convenient location. There are stores, coffee shops and parks all within a short walking distance. The staff is always so friendly and helpful with any issue that may arise. The breakfast is always delicious and plentiful. The rooms are spacious and quiet. We enjoy our stay here each time we come.
