I liked that the parking was underground and to get into the parking area you had to swipe your room key so you knew your car and it's contents would be safe. The hotel staff were all very polite and helpful. The breakfast they offered was one of the best we had on our trip.

Beds need to be upgraded - old coil spring mattresses that hurt the back. Also toilet would barely flush. Rooms are cleaned every second day but when they came it was after 4pm and I was getting ready so not convenient and told them not to bother. Rooms are nice and large and so is the bathroom and everything was very clean.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful - check-in was a breeze. Request to have both rooms on the first floor due to bicycles was easy and our rooms were clean and amazing! Best hotel during our 6 day cycle trip. Would highly recommend!!!
