location is walking distance to the mall which is very convenient. it is also walking distance to royal subic.

plenty of space. comfy beds. Quiet A/C in bedroom and living room. Good food in the restaurant and reasonable prices. Convenience shops close by and plenty of eating out options.

There was high speed internet > 200mbs, it wasn't as stable as it could have been -- there were periodic micro outages as well has the interruptions caused by the typhoons. But the host worked to resolve our issues. The separate living room and bed room and the overall size of the room where actually great. The sunset view was quite spectacular.

The fact that the wifi was so unstable. The fact that this is not on the board walk so about a km to all the dining and other activities there.

This property nickel and dimes you. Cost for an extra pillow, 2k deposit once u arrive. I had a nose bleed duiring my sleep and stained the pillow case and some of the sheet. I worked hard and the towel was dirty from my shower, the wanted to charge this as damages to property and take 1400 from the deposit. I raised cane and said fine 1k but not 1400. They agreed to 1k. So ladies, dont have your monthly and stay here because they will charge you. Dont stay with kids as they may spill juice and stain something. The wifi also is horrid. I could barely watch tv as it is streaming. So all in all they tey to rip u off and keep your deposit so they can split it amongst the employees. Im very sure they dont report they fined you

Location , the room was nice

I was there 14 days and the wifi went out 7 times . Usually for longer than 12 hours at a time . Also one of the waitresses lied to us about a meal and drink offer . She told us we can get a meal With unlimited drinks , including alcohol for 1500 peso . We asked her 3 times if this is real as we kept ordering drinks . Then she gave us the bill and it was 3100 peso . She said she made a mistake , but we still had to pay . Total scam .

Internet sucks, staff doesn’t clean the room on a regular basis and does not stock well on toiletries, bathroom has molds. staff needs to improve customer service. Location is good.
