Chequers Suite

The room is rotten, old, wifi doesn’t work, no hand towels and face towels provided. You have to pay for extra pillow cause only 2 provided for 2 people. A lot of hidden fees. The worst hotel I ever booked in Expedia and also worst I ever been.

There is a washing machine, but no powder or hangers. No shower gel and shampoo. No slippers. The water is cold. I had to throw one of the towels on the floor because there were no towels for the floor. The door to the street did not close and the latch on the main door was broken and it was impossible to lock it while sleeping. Breakfast is poor. Do not drink the water that is brought during breakfast! Bottled water is not available. They offer to drink from the cooler in the room, in which the water was opened unknown when. It was a hotel room where you had to put toilet paper on the rim of the pusher and a glass of water had to be boiled in a microwave oven since there was no kettle there either. I do not recommend it, especially at this price!

The location , the bed , the balcony .

The couch is too small , there was too much noise with constant construction in the rooms on both side of us . This went on for almost the entire 3 weeks I was there . Also another guest was able to enter my room using a keycard . The reception people admitted fault , but this is unacceptable. I didn’t feel safe to leave my room unattended after that happened .

Proximity to mall inside Subic Freeport Zone and clean facility with reasonable price. A Bedroom, living room and kitchen is very ideal for family accommodation.
