Velvet Coaster Apartments

First of all the two pull out sofa beds where paper thin mattresses not only that they were both broken and we were u able to sleep on these! Secondly the bathroom was tiny and also located in the only bedroom with no window Thirdly the remotes did not work for the televisions There was also big black beetles climbing up the walls of the only room! This should be advertised as an apartment for a couple but not for a family as I said the two sofa beds were totally unusable and the smallest toilet in the only room we didn’t sleep at all the full stay

Very clean & comfortable Dena was very helpful

It looked very nice and it was clean, comfy and modern !

Our booking said it came with two bathrooms but when we arrived one bathroom was locked and under renovation.

Property good location

Property could of been cleaner and needed a refurb When we arrived there was a dirty cup in the microwave and hairs on the bedding. The properties wall paper is coming away from the wall and cracks in bathroom wall. For the price it’s not acceptable

Our stay at the velvet coaster, was absolutely brilliant, we took our two grandchildren, and they loved it also, all the staff Paul Chris Dena are absolutely brilliant, I highly recommend people for this accommodation.

Great location, comfortable and secure apartment with great amenities. Lovely complimentary bottle of fizz (and a bottle of fresh milk in the fridge!) on arrival, and Dena (manager) was wonderful with exceptional service.

A friendly suggestion would be to have a welcome guest book with a few tips and local amenities of interest. It would be useful to have the WiFi details in the book as we had to contact the manager to get the details - 2 impatient SEN children with ipads and no Internet connection meant that the Prosecco was consumed quicker than originally planned! Also, a few extras would be nice - eg an extra loo roll, bin bags and dishcloth and disinfectant for kitchen worktops.

Stayed the weekend with our two small children, the apartment was beautifully presented and really clean and in a great location, would definitely return. People i met on arrival were lovely and welcoming, even had fresh milk, sweets, and prosecco which was a nice touch.
