Velvet Coaster Apartments

Nice and easy on arrival, owners were very helpful. clean and spacious, located near the south pier. Plenty of shops and food places near by. Checking in and out was so easy and stress free.

No complaints.

The location is near the south pier and 15 min walk to the train station. Small unit living space so more for function than comfort. Towels and bedding fine in a comfy bed. Sufficient coffee provided was a great touch.

The bathroom could have had some hooks for towels and clothing. Space in kitchenette very tight. Looks like mold on ceiling in the bathroom, probably due to lack of airing or bigger problem. The carpet to the kitchenette floor strip has some screws pocking up that could eventually cause harm to bare feet.

Very clean and everything we needed for overnight stay. Communication was first class. Great location.

Freezer wasn’t big enough

The bathroom didn’t smell great. The sofa beds weren’t comfy. There was meant to be a hairdryer so I didn’t take mine but there wasn’t one there

Deena was very friendly and helpful and easy to get hold of.

The apartment was spacious , bed was very comfy.

We was on the top floor of the apartment and there was no lift ! We had 2 pushchairs which was a nightmare ! Although partly my fault j should of requested a ground floor room
