Catastrophe.

El personal muy amable! La habitación limpia y amplia! La terraza del hotel con muy buenas vistas! La ubicación, cerca del centro!

Por poner un pero, el barrio a veces no parecía muy seguro.

The rooms are very spacious with stunning views. The reception area is very welcoming and a perfect spot to relax with a drink. The hot tub and sauna are a nice addition, especially after walking up and down hills and steps all day.

Not the fault of the property but the only way to access the street is either up or down a lot of steps

Die Aussicht war wirklich wunderschön, besonders am Abend. In der Küche konnte man rund um die Uhr Kaffee, Tee und Wasser holen – das haben wir so bisher selten erlebt. Tagsüber gab es die berühmten Pastéis de Nata, die richtig gut geschmeckt haben. Das Frühstück war eher klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Es gab eine gute Auswahl mit Fleisch, Käse, Joghurt, Müsli, Eiern sowie Obst und Gemüse. Dazu kamen Säfte, Milch und pflanzliche Alternativen sowie portugiesisches Süssgebäck. Den Spa-Bereich konnte man pro Raum kostenlos reservieren, was perfekt war, um den Abend entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Metro und die Station der Tram 28 sind ganz in der Nähe, genauso ein Supermarkt – praktisch, wenn man im Zimmer etwas kochen möchte. Insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen für einen Aufenthalt in Lissabon.

Das Castello liegt am Hang, was natürlich für die Aussicht hervorragend ist. Allerdings sind mehrere Treppen nötig, um zum Hotel zu gelangen. Für ältere Personen ist das möglicherweise nicht ideal, wobei dies auch in der Beschreibung transparent angegeben ist und es auch in den anderen Bewerbungen erwähnt wird.

The food and the room was very good and there is nothing to complain about.

First the hotel is in an area that when you arrive especially in the darkness it is very hard to find. Secondly in order to find it you have to go up 70 steps which these are not mentioned in booking.com. This hotel is not a family friendly especially if you have children in buggies. Not even not friendly with people who have walking disability or in wheelchairs. Something which is neither mentioned on booking. com is that the hotel has no lifts whatsoever. Infact I am posting pictures of the 70 stairs you have to go up and down every day.

En el spa no funcionava la sauna y la piscina tenia tanto cloro que era impossible de estar
