USExcellent staff. The only issue was the bedding had a cigarette smell.
Was woken up at 1am to a roach crawling on top of me. Absolutely disgusting. All they did was move room 2 doors to the right. Meanwhile I had to run a business event next day and had no sleep . Horrible stay won’t be back

USBeautiful clean comfortable modern room. Great indoor saltwater pool. Convenient location. A short drive to Whiskey Row and a short walk to a shopping center with a Sprouts grocery store, a drug store and several restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff.
Aside from the super loud intoxicated group of guests drinking in the jacuzzi at the pool, the overall experience was very nice.
Clean comfortable and we were able to check in early.
USReally unhappy that no front desk staff could be located when we checked in. Totally unacceptable that we had to spend 10+ minutes looking for them
Accessible to my needs with a roll in shower with safety bars throughout the bathroom. My family enjoyed the pool and fitness room. The breakfast was great with lots of hot and cold choices. All of the staff we met were very helpful and accommodating. Sprouts and Walgreens were walking distance from the hotel. One of the better hotels I've stayed at in the Prescott area. I will be returning next year.
