My daughter’s softball team participated in one of the biggest tournaments of the year held in Prescott. We must have booked the last room. It had one king and a pull out. So I slept on that pullout and let my daughter sleep in the king so she could get some good rest. We were given an accessible room because it was probably the last room available. It was clean and comfortable, really nice. But I preferred a room with 2 queen beds. I told the lady who helped me while checking in, but nothing was available at the time. Just then, another lady who seemed to be in charge let me know to check with her the next day and something might come available. So I did and lucky me, we got our 2 queen bed room. Amy Smith was the lady who helped me out both days. She knew what we wanted and followed through making sure our stay was enjoyable. They are lucky to have someone like Amy Smith working there making sure people are satisfied. It is because of this that I will book this hotel again in 2 weeks for another softball tournament. Plus the beds are extremely comfortable.
I was very happy with the hotel, everything was great. I accidentally left my computer in my room when I checked out and my housekeeper, Catelyn turned it into management and it was greatly appreciated. I love her honesty and she saved the day. What a wonderful employee you have. I also thought that Prescott was very pretty and quaint.
