The location was beautiful and Randi was just such a blessing and such a caring and considerate server!! The food was incredible with a gorgeous view and wonderful fire place with comfortable chairs!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here during a business trip was extremely disappointing. I booked two separate one-night reservations and specifically confirmed at check-in that they had been combined so I would not need to check out and re-check into the room. I was assured by the front desk that everything was handled and no further action was required on my part. The following morning, hotel staff entered my room and demanded that I leave, insisting I did not have a valid reservation for the second night. I repeatedly explained that I had already confirmed everything at check-in, but I was treated as though I was improperly occupying the room. After going downstairs, the hotel ultimately admitted the mistake was entirely on their end and re-checked me into the same room. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the staff. There was no compassion, professionalism, or accountability whatsoever. Rather than trying to calmly resolve the issue, I was met with rudeness and treated like I had done something wrong despite this being entirely caused by the hotel’s mistake. I also asked to speak with a manager and was refused. For a hospitality business, the lack of customer care and basic professionalism was shocking. Mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable and incredibly embarrassing as a guest traveling for work.
