Great experience. Supervisor Jeff was very accommodating. PRO TIP!! If you have the option to book your stay as a CALIFORNIA VACATION do it. It includes parking ($55 a day value plus $40 a day food and beverage credit). Amazing location as well!! Thank you Jeff and all the team at Garden Inn Doheny Beach!!

"5 star review for Hilton Garden Inn Dana Point"

It may not be a 5-star resort, but it is deserving of a 5 star review, and here’s why. From the moment we arrived, everything just worked. The location is unbeatable—close to the beach, with easy access to Laguna Beach and San Clemente, plus convenient proximity to the freeway. It made getting around incredibly easy while still feeling like a relaxing coastal escape. The property itself is thoughtfully laid out, with multiple sun decks that quickly became one of our favorite features. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a full day out. The on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise—great food, great service, and such a convenient option. Every staff member we interacted with was warm and welcoming, but Jeff at the front desk truly stood out. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made us feel taken care of right from the start. Parking was easy, the hotel was spotless, and the walkability to the beach was a huge bonus. For the price, you genuinely cannot beat the value here. We’ll absolutely be staying again. A couple minor notes—just for full transparency: the pool is on the smaller side, and the elevators can be a bit slow. That said, neither impacted our experience at all—we actually enjoyed using the staircase to the 4th floor. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations in all the ways that matter most. Highly recommend.
