I had a very good stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Dana Point. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. What really stood out was the excellent service from the staff. Alex in particular went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making guests feel comfortable. It’s always great to see someone take pride in their work and provide such outstanding customer service. Thanks to Alex and the rest of the team for making our visit such a pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Dana Point area.

We liked this place. I was made very welcome as a Hilton Lifetime Diamond member. All the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very disappointing. Mine was fine but my wife’s French toast at breakfast was under-cooked and she couldn’t eat it but we were still charged for it which surprised me. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking was a little pricey but the price is well advertised on the website so I’m not complaining.

Not new to the area but this is now our goto hotel in Dana Point. It’s nothing like the old Double Tree. The staff (James, Jeff, and Glen) made my wife’s birthday getaway awesome. Their local knowledge is second to none. The entire place is now modern and clean. The gym has everything I need and the rooftop has a killer view.

We had such a wonderful experience here for our team meetings. The location was great and it was a nice balance of business and also feeling like you were on vacation. The staff was amazing: Randi, Tammy, Camille, Lauren and Pablo. Special shout out to Pablo for taking really good care of us in our meeting room. The food in the restaurant onsite and the catering for the conference room was all delicious and our team raved about it. We will be back for pleasure and business. Thank you!

Food service for our business meeting was fantastic. Staff was very in tune with our needs. And best of all food was delicious.
