"Overall the staff were all very kind and helpful the property was beautiful, clean and a terrific location."

The Valet staff were exceptional. Very Kind. Very helpful especially with suitcases.

At the front desk line, there was a long wait. One guest kept asking the same question different ways and the front desk person tried to help her, but she the guest kept holding up the line. At that point more front desk staff should have been called to help other guests. Many people are in a hurry to catch flights so, need to move the check out line quickly.

The service was not great. The service of the restaurant inside was bad. No good service. The wanted to charge me $56 dollars to send me my ID card i left behind. Even after i told them i would send them an envelope stamped and ready for return. No type of empathy or help

"Beautiful location and staff."

The location and the bar staff were AMAZING. We could tell our waitress loved her job.

The pool was closed and that was like 85% of the reason we were staying. They gave us free parking to compensate, but it was still pretty disappointing considering how pricey the hotel is.
