Hilton Garden Inn Dana Point Doheny Beach

I love how convenient everything was. There was a restaurant inside the hotel along with a bar, a gym, and 24/7 snacks. It was also right across the street from the beach.

Everything closed at 9pm.

room bathroom door would not stay closed the lock was loose and would not stary in place to keep the door closed. Hot water in bathroom sink would not get warm unless you ran the shower hot water first. There ants in the room and had to change rooms. I had stayed at the location on a previous occasion and was very satisfied. I am glad that I was traveling with family and not business associates. Access to the property could only be accessed from one direction. You had to make a left turn S/B out of the parking lot. To get back to travel south you had to get back on the freeway, then exit the freeway to continue N/B on surface streets. I will not recommend the location to my friends. We traveled from Phoenix, Az area.

The room was wonderful. It suited the needs of my family.The view was lovely. The breakfast was nice. Staff was mostly friendly.

Calling to place food orders needs to be fixed the voicemail was full . One should not have to wonder around the lobby to figure out where or how to order food. The food menu on the app needs to be more user friendly. Food and parking are overpriced. There needs to be more integrity with the invoice charges. Although the situation was resolved , it should not have occurred in the first place. Additionally , staff needs to use more professional language around guests.

Randi was amazing! Fast, friendly, funny!! She ran the whole bar by herself and kept everyone “happy”!! Truly one of a kind!! She will keep us coming back!

Tia the manager was great and helping, Jackie had a great attitude. And the outside bellman, didn't get his name was also kind and helpful Very happy

All meals were excellent. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Everything was really clean. The bar area was comfortable and a nice place to relax at the end of the day.

Not very clean. Working on painting frontage parking pad at registration getting car in to register and park a total mess.

We liked the newly remodeled rooms

It was very loud. Our shower leaked all over the floor. We were never told about the $90 charge we were going to have for parking. That was very disappointing.
