Fremont Marriott Silicon Valley

While I was checking in at about 6pm on a Sunday evening, a man next to me was also checking in for one night (no luggage) and a young woman who was clearly a prostitute waiting for him off to the side in the lobby. Great start to my visit. I had to call Engineering twice in the first hour, because my keys weren't working and then the TV wasn't working. There were no glasses or coffee cups of any kind in the room - finally found two paper cups. The shower was terrible.

Wow. They tried to charge a $75 early check in fee at 1:20 pm. When I told them we could wait for the room and instead tried to use the facilities, also denied under the bogus reason for “security reasons that we cannot let in people who are not guests.”

Tash was a great help with local food spots and bartending made really good drinks was a good help with us finding good food in the area and great customers service skills

Had an amazing time. The staff was absolutely amazing. Tash at the bar took great care of us. Best Old Fashion I’ve had. Will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Clean hotel, nice friendly staff. The hotel rooms are always nice and clean. They don't seem to have a concierge room available for Elite Members and their breakfast is buffet only, at least that's what it seemed when I tried asking the waiter for a menu in the morning. The parking here is $20 dollars a day. Keep that in mind with your costs when booking a room here. I feel like for a Marriott it's lacking in some services but it's a safe location and everybody's nice.
