Very disappointing experience, especially for a Marriott-branded hotel. I stayed here with my family including two children. Despite requesting housekeeping multiple times, the room was never cleaned during my stay. There are no microwaves in any of the room, I had to come to reception from 6th floor to fill warm the milk for my kid. To make matters worse, the hotel withheld my entire deposit amount and charged me a smoking fee, which is completely false. I did not smoke inside the room at any time. I always went outside the hotel to smoke. Charging guests based on assumptions or unreliable detection methods is unfair and unacceptable. For a brand like Marriott, this level of service is shocking—ignored housekeeping requests, poor communication, and unjust charges. Families should be especially cautious, as deposits can be withheld without proper verification. Marriott management seriously needs to review this property’s service standards and charging practices. Until then, I dont recommend staying here for any business or leisures.

We like the location

The smoke alarm went off cause the steam in the shower while I was ironing my clothes they said that it was smoke which we did not smoke in there so they kept my deposit and $150 for the alarm going off and kept my money kept trying to charge me $550 so I don’t know what that was about but would like my money back

Booking shows the reservation for Dec 2–5 and fully paid, but at check-in the hotel claimed it was only for one night (Dec 4–5). My manager had to pay again for a new reservation. The property promised to issue a refund but has still not confirmed it. Please clarify how this happened and advise on issuing a full refund, as the original booking was correct and confirmed.

Great room. Great service at the restaurant. Cesar took great care of us. He definitely went above and beyond! I hope Cesar is our server every time. And his manager was great too!
