Kim from the front desk was more than amazing. I never write reviews. However, Kim was worth mentioning for her kind and beautiful disposition. She went beyond the call of duty. She was so helpful. She definitely is a hard worker. Doubletree Hilton is very fortunate to have an employee like Kim.

I got scammed from this experience. False promises and no accountability from staff. This Staff Denise kept saying no problem, we will take care of it and on the day of the reservation, she said, oh, we cant do anything about it after dealing with her days before. Unbelievable. and truly disappointing.

There are vendors, there are venue partners, and then there are people who genuinely change your entire experience. Noel Vasin is that person. From the very beginning, Noel was not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but also one of the most nurturing, supportive, and genuinely caring people I have ever worked with in this industry. She made us feel safe, supported, and fully taken care of from day one. On the day of the event especially, Noel truly went above and beyond in a way that cannot be overstated. She handled all day-of coordination and support so seamlessly that I was able to be fully present, calm, and actually enjoy the celebration. As an Event Producer, letting go on the day of an event is not easy but Noel made it effortless. She anticipated needs before they were voiced, handled details quietly and efficiently, and made sure everything flowed exactly as it should without ever making it feel stressful or chaotic. What sets Noel apart is not just her expertise, but her heart. She leads with kindness, patience, and a level of care that makes you feel like your event truly matters to her. She treated our engagement party as if it were her own, and that level of dedication is rare. We felt supported every step of the way, and knowing Noel was there allowed us to fully trust the process. We are endlessly grateful for her, and anyone who has the opportunity to work with Noel is truly in the best hands possible.

The Doubletree - Spectrum Irvine has become our preferred place to stay when we visit our family and grandchildren. The hotel is very well maintained, very clean and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. I would like to especially recognize one of the front desk staff. His name is Derek. Derek has been very helpful if we have special request of other hospital staff. Always friendly and always with a smile. We look forward to seeing him on our visits. Very nice gentleman. I would also like to recognize the hotel’s food and beverage manager, Julie. Julie has always helped us willingly and with a smile: very friendly and professional . She took care of us one day with a quick lunch without hesitation when (unbeknownst to us) the restaurant was already closed after the lunch time. We are extremely happy with the Doubletree after a couple of visits to other hotels which were not to our liking. We will return again a number of future visits to SoCal.
