"Excellent experience with Catering/Events"

I had an excellent experience working with Noel, the Catering Sales Manager. This was my third time working with her and each event has gone perfectly. Our company does what has now become a yearly event with breakfast and a U-shape setup for about 30-people for a 2-hour meeting. Noel works very well (and quickly!) over email/virtually and helps to create a perfect event each time. Although I have not experienced this meeting in person, the team loves the food and venue and I love the all around great service. Thank you for your help, Noel!

We had an incredible experience, start to finish at the restaurant and bar. Deanne and Alex offered speedy service as well as helpful recommendations. Management is clearly doing something right here! The food was the best I've had at any Doubletree property and the beverage selection was exceptional. Will be back!

"A hidden Gem"

The restaurant in the hotel is a hidden gem! The food is outstanding! My office is across the street from the hotel and I come to the restaurant when I can. Chef Miguel and sever Jose (as well as manager Julie) make this an excellent dining experience.

"Fun time in SCA"

Great location handy to many places including the Spectrum Mall. Beautiful and decorated for Christmas! Enjoyed Dive OYSTER Bar. Service was fast and efficient. Fun place.

Location

The room was next to the elevator, so you can literally hear it moving, on top the fridge was super noisy. During the checkout we discovered we had breakfast included in our package, but nobody actually told us: where is the restaurant, what time is it, what is included. Definitely need to improve the customer service.Parking also is a bit overpriced considering the overall price of the room. Overall there are much better Hiltons
