Perfect apartment and clean with perfect location in the city center

За вказаною адресою апартаментів не знайшли. Бігали майже 2 години по всій вулиці, заходили вже в усі підряд двори та під'їзди, проте ніхто навіть не чув такої назви готелю. На ресепшені готелів, що поряд, дивувались з адреси, яку ми шукали. Невже шахраї? Гроші зняли, але ж послуги ми не отримали(

The location was amazing and one of the rooms very big, with heat and a decent price.

To start with: no one tell you that the apartment is at the 4th floor and there is nowhere to be found in the instructions the code to enter the building. The entrance door is so thin that you can hear neighbors very loudly, the kitchen is just a small space between the big room that has her own bathroom (smells like sewage, but at least you have a bathroom in the room) and the other room that is way smaller (with only a sink and a shower, because the toilet is on the hallway, before entering the kitchen), the towels and extremely old and used and the mattress on the big bed is very old and uncomfortable. Also there are several things broken in the apartment, like the bathroom garbage bin, the bathroom doors and some finishes that need a repair here and there. Do not expect fluffy pillows or duvet! They are also very used, old and small.

It was in a very good location.

The second bedroom stunk of sewage. The supplied towels were very small, not very useful and felt old. Door didn’t close properly to the main bedroom or the bathroom. No key to the front shutter door making it irrelevant having it to there. And issues with the central heating, was either full heat or nothing, even when temperature turned down and radiator valves turned down.

The location was perfect with views over St. Stephen's Basilica square and at Christmas we could watch the light show and look over the Christmas markets in the square. The apartment was clean, plenty big enough and definitely warm enough.

The beds, I can't overlook how bad the beds were and because of this, I would not stay there again or would not recommend staying there to anyone if it is the same beds. At the end of the day, we came to visit the city and needed somewhere to sleep, and the quality of the paper-thin mattress meant we did not get great sleep and woke up sore from feeling every slat underneath, it’s as if these are children's mattress. The misses resorted to sleeping on the couch one night and we took the mattress from the second bed and doubled up for the last night, this was better but still not great. We even considered booking different accommodation after the first two nights. I ignored reviews that mentioned the beds, I wish I didn't, some dating back two or more years which shows the property management also ignored negative reviews about the beds.

Lokalizacja super, widok super, jakość do ceny ok, wszędzie blisko. Gdyby nie zepsuta winda to na pewno poleciłabym ten apartament

W ogłoszeniu podane było że jest winda. Apartament, który wynajèliśmy był na wysokim 4 piętrze. Po przybyciu okazało się że winda jest, ale niestety nie działa. Byliśmy z niemowlęciem i mocno nam to utrudniło , a wręcz ograniczyło swobodne wyscia, bo zejście i wyjście z dzieckiem i wózkiem to naprawdę był wyczyn. Przed rezerwacja polecam się upewnić czy winda na pewno działa.

Ubicación

La calefaccion no funcionaba, estaba rota. Lo dijimos al dueño, vinieron de mantenimiento pero no lo pudieron arreglar, supuestamente. Nos dejaron dos calefactores pequeños que no hacían casi nada. Tuvimos que conectar la bomba de calor todos los días al llegar para calentar un poco el apartamento durante las noches, y dormir con las sábanas extra de la quinta cama que no usamos. Los baños son incómodos y pequeños.

The location and the view - you can’t find better.

It wasn’t very clean, bed sheets were washed but still dirty, and it was pretty cold in the apartment, there was air condition, but still quite cold. The smell from the bathroom is really bad, but it’s an old building, so I think there is no eay to solve that. We had a problem with electricity - the breaker was constantly tripping the last day, and unfortunately we didn’t feel safe with the children. It happend once during the day, but then constantly in the night and there was no solution for that in the middle of the night. I wrote them about it so I hope they will fix it and it’s not going to happend anymore to other guests.
