Standerd Apartment by Hi5 - Lovag Family Suites

Spacious, clean, comfortable beds,good location. Well furnished apartment with a spacious kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception location. It was such a nice unit all of our party wanted to stay an additional night but our schedule would not allow .

One member of my party (wife) is Hungarian and fluent in Hungain speech and reading. The language e was not an issue. The check in process was a bit confusing. The initial message gave me the address for the actual apartment but not options for reception. It only indicated that reception MAY be at a different location. I could not scan 5 passports of my party on my phone so I entered the information manually. I still received emails that indicated that I MUST go to the reception office to scan the documents due to missing information. Upon arrival at reception, by driving through weekday Budapest traffic, I was told that there is no need to scan them because they have the information that is needed and the check in codes and information was emailed. Only the email was sent to another member of my party (I don't know how that happened as reception had my information correct) and that person did not have internet connection at the time so he did not know about the instructions. We eventually drove back to the initial location and we were able to get into the unit. Perhaps for others it is an easy process.

We stayed in the pent house apartment and it was great, really good location for exploring the city and for getting to the F1. The apartment is really spacious, deco is a little dated but it makes it quite retro. The beds and pillows were really comfy and all the rooms had aircon. This is great value for a stay in the city.

We should be able to check in after 3pm when we arrived after 3pm place wasn't ready. We had to call reception and been told it will be ready in 1,5 hr, We trveled 10 hr with the person on the wheelchair and we only get Sorry! When we finaly get to the apartament the wasnt to bad in the first place.... after while we relised the aircondition doesn't work in one of the bedroom and the jacuzzi bath doesn't work too.Floor in the whole place we think hasnt been washed for a long time....walking whitout a shoes after few minets our feet looked so dirty! Main bathroom didnt look clean too...someone Just wiped everything from the top and thats it.... I have reported the air condition and the bath to the reception but till now i havent recived any feedback from the them! Be honest pictures looks great on a webside but in reality its totaly difrent.... poor comunikation with reception they just avoide the problems....dont care!
