"Bad"

In the description there was 2 bathrooms, however main bathroom was closed and unavaible and other bathroom was only shower and it was very small and door did not close. there was only eight big towels provided for 8 people no other toileteries such as hand towels and etc. as described. In addition there was teapot which was not working. Expereince overall was terrible I would not recommend it to anyone.

"I feel cheated"

Good location. Spacious apartament

"The condition of the apartment significantly differs from what was shown in the pictures: The flat is run-down: scratched and stained floor in many places, a broken mirror in the wardrobe, disgustingly dirty windows, some doors are vandalized, electric sockets stained with paint. Something resembling mold is present on the shower panel, seals in the bathrooms, and on the refrigerator door. Several wall sconces lack shades, exposing high-voltage electrical wires in a way that they can be touched (some are at eye level!), who knows what kind of electrocution hazard that poses. Additionally, some of the listed amenities are missing or damaged: - wifi doesn't work properly -no table football (!) -the air conditioning doesn't work -the hairdryer doesn't work -probably a clogged shower drain (water drains very slowly) -the bathroom mirror light doesn't work -chairs at the table are replaced with other, very cheap ones -no gray armchair in the living room -no rug in the living room Contact with the owner was also difficult: Upon arrival, half an hour after the agreed check-in time, the apartment was still being cleaned. When we knocked, the cleaners blatantly ignored us. When we called the reception, the lady said she would check and call us back. She never did. Finally, the apartment was ready two hours after the agreed check-in time, which ruined our plans for the day. Also when we arrived at one of the owner's luggage storage facilities, nobody was there to help us. We called the indicated number and were informed that someone would come, but guess what? Nobody showed up. After five minutes of waiting, we left in frustration. On the plus side, the apartment has a good location and is spacious. But that's hardly enough to make up for the two-hour delay in check-in, missing table footbal and the complete lack of respect and consideration from the receptionists. Guys just save yourself the trouble of staying at this place.

"Accommodation was better than what we paid for....Highly recommended for anyone staying in Buda."

Staff were amazing. Allowed us to check in earlier for convivence. Property was hard to find, one picture of the front door would be much appreciated for future guests.

There a smell in the front of the property which was not a big issue at all.

"overall great stay"

The apartment was lovely and big with its own large balcony. Was really easy to check in.

The bath started started oozing out this black grainy stuff from the drain and when tried to rinse away it got blocked and was therefore unusable, also wish there were bigger and more glasses provided.

"Apartment itself fine, customer relations dreadful."

It was self catering It was spacious, clean, well equipped, good location and secure.

Being asked, unexpectedly, to leave at 9.30am on the morning of departure by a person called Klaudia of Hi5 Appartments.com when we had been told by booking.com that our checkout time was 11am. We had written documentation of this from booking.com in our possession. Despite this, Hi5 insisted that we vacate the apartment at 9.30am as the cleaner was waiting outside. Hi5 told us that we had sent an email requesting a check out time of 9.30am! This was completely untrue. We had not made such a request. This breakdown in communication meant that we had to make a hasty departure under some pressure, missing our breakfast, causing us considerable inconvenience that morning. Rather than enjoying a self prepared leisurely breakfast before leaving the property, we were forced to find a cafe and purchase breakfasts for five people, something we had not envisaged having to do. Booking.com and Hi5 need to get their acts together so that future guests do not have the same experience. When we later asked Hi5 apartments to show us evidence to support their assertion we had requested a departure time of 9.30am we received a cursory dismissive reply from someone named Laci that simply stated " in our system your checkout time is set to 9.30am. best regards". Clearly they had no intention of providing the evidence we requested simply because there was none! To describe this as disrespectful would be an understatement. We shall not use Hi5 again nor would we recommend them to others. Booking.com would be well advised to review their relationship with this company.
