Very friendly and helpful at the front desk . Nice big room. Shuttle to airport was better than expected.

Would have liked a restaurant in the hotel, but we found some nice little food places in a walking distance

shuttle service to and from the airport was great! So helpful when you are tired from being on a flight for 9 hours! The room was clean, large, great kitchen set up. Comfy bed. We had great service from a staff member when we asked for help locating the TV remote. There wasn't any in our room. She was quick in getting one for us and programmed the remote/TV for us too.

When we checked in, the front staff was not friendly. We paid for an extra day before we landed in Chicago so that we could check in early when our flight arrived at 6AM. When we approached the check in desk, the staff member said no check in until 3PM, I kindly told her that we already paid for the day prior. She then curtly said you need to check out a 11AM. I again had to inform he that our reservation was for 2 nights. It would have been nice if she actually looked up our reservation before being rude.

It was close to the airport, I just needed a place to spend the night. The size was good and the shuttle was easy to use.

It smelled musty at times.

IT MET OUR MINIMUM EXPECTATIONS AS FAR AS A PLACE TO SHOWER AND NAP FOR THE SHIRT TIME WE WERE THERE,,,THE SHUTTLE TO THE AIRPORT WAS GREAT AN DRIVER WAS VERY HELPFUL, ONE OF THE REASONS WE PICKED THE HOTEL WAS SHUTTLE SERVICE TO AIRPORT

ICE MAKER IDNT WORK AT ALL, NO ICE MACHINES ON HALLWAYS, NO SODA MACINE WHICH TRIED TO FORCE US TO BUY FROM LOBBY "STORE" AT 6.25 A CAN!! FOOD WAS THE PACKS YOU BIY FOR 3.99 ABOUT ANYWHERE AND THEY PRICED THOSE AT 10.25! SKIPPED ALL THAT! SHOWER WATER WAS NOT HOT ENOUGH ONCE CHECKED IN, BUT WAS BETTER AT 2 A.M.! MAYBE IN USE BY MANY? TUB HAD NO SUPPORTING FOAM OR CEMENT UNDER PAN AND CREAKED, GROANED, AND SOUNDED AS IF IT WERE CRACKING UNDER ME, MIGHT HAVE BEEN ANNOYING FOR GUEST UNDER US? WHEN WE ARRIVED, I HAD A CANE AND AN ARM IN A SLING,,,NO CART AVAIL ABLE FOR OUR LUGGAGE, I WAS TOLD,,SMALL WIFEY HAD TO DRAG IT IN ALTHO OUR UBER DRIVER HELPED HER GET IT INTO THE ENTRANCE,,SHE DID CALL A GUY TO HELP US GET IT INTO ELEVATOR AND TO OUR ROOM. SURPRISINGLY THERE WAS CART AVAILABLE FOR CHECKING OUT,,,,THANKFULLY! ALL IN ALL,,IT MET OUR MINIMUM NEEDS AT THAT TIME. ONE TOWEL EACH SO I HAD TO DRY IT FOR THE FOLLOWING USE! NOTHING IN ROOM TO INFORM US OF DESK NUMBER, WIFI INSTRUCTIONS, EATING PLACES,,JUST ONE PLACARD FOR ONE PIZZA PLACE!

Close to the airport and free shuttle service. There is also a gym that is pretty good.

My room was cleaned only once the whole month I stayed. Front desk (manager, I believe), very rude and condescending.
