The staff was very friendly. The hotel has shuttle to the airport, so you can take the train in the airport to go downtown. The location was good. Close to the airport.

In stays of more than 5 days, they should clean the room once. It’s just a recommendation. Otherwise, everything was OK.

Good shower. Bed was fine. Morning desk staff were very nice

Missing dishes and the dishwasher was falling out of the area. We had to wait 40 mins for the shuttle to pick us up when we arrived at 1230am. I found the late night desk person quite rude.

The room was large.

The duty manager was professional (while insisting that I pay $150 as a deposit, which was returned the following week, otherwise she would not check me in). The manager the following morning was very professional and genuinely listened to my concerns. The problem was the staff at Reception, who were extraordinarily rude and hostile. I have never experienced anything like this in a hotel. The hostility continued the next morning. The issue had been that when I called the number the hotel had provided for the free shuttle from the airport, there was no answer, so I had to take a taxi. The staff informed me dismissively that I had called the wrong number. It was in fact the number provided in communcations from the hotel, and was also shown on the hotel website. They were extremely unpleasant and I really couldn't believe what I was hearing.

I loved having a kitchen.

It would be nice to have a tv that I could log in to Netflix or other streaming services.
