Close to the airport and 24 hour free shuttle .

The wheel of the rolling chair was detached ( looks like was mess up before and just tried to fixed it). Fortunately I was able to regained my balance and didn't hit all the way to the floor. Also, when we took shower very early morning (3pm) getting ready to go O'hare airport... we only have one bath towel.

"Location but not a great place to stay but other hotels would have been better"

Convenient to airport. Staff was friendly.

Old and tired. Smelly. No restaurant or bar. Outrageous prices on snacks/food for sale. Shuttle service was slow but friendly.

"Karen Made My Stay Exceptional!"

I was a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews, but left extremely happy and overly satisfied! Karen at the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating. I showed up at 1:30pm as I had to drop off my rental, she let me check in without a fee as they had a room ready. She was also extremely kind and understanding about my late checkout. Karen deserves a raise! Loved dealing with her! The location was perfect for a flight out of Ohare. A quick Uber to numerous restaurants, room was large and stocked with dishes, utensils, an iron and the bed was comfortable. I will be back!

"Overall is fair."

Location is good.

Probably, I will not stay again. Service is not good, rooms are so old and not so clean. They charged me twice for parking, then I called and fixed it.
