Manager did not make any aware they had a 28 day policy and refused re-stay even with a paid reservation and then accused me of stealing pillows.

Location from O’Hare Airport and Parking Garage.

Did not respond to the advance request for adjacent rooms. Check-in wasn’t easy. One of the room keys did not open the door. Took back down to front desk for correction. Bedroom TV not working. Counter not cleaned off & phone had hair ball hanging off cord. No breakfast.
