I have stayed in many hotels, around the globe, This place met all the needs I had for the day, the room was clean the beds were comfortable, all of the plumbing worked. They allowed my dog with NO additional charge..Quick and easy to find off I-75, and surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the Highway.. They had coffee in the lobby for visitors which was a big plus. All for less than $75 when booked a few days in advance.. If I had the need again I would definitely pick Red Roof - Richmond, KY

The chairs in the room had a few rips and missing fabric, nothing duck tape would not help. Additionally the stairs had a few stains on them, a carpet cleaning service could help

Head clerk, Marqeta, was an absolute pleasure and made us feel so welcomed. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our fur-baby enjoyed his first time on a road trip and hotel stay. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The indoor pool could have been a little warmer 😆

vending machines empty. Ice machine broken. Pool broken down. Drug addict In lobby. Candy wrappers and clumps of strangers hair on the floor of the “clean” room. Also when I was double charged, the lady at the front desk claimed they can’t look back at reservations from last week so I would have to wait a week until the manger returned from vacation for a refund.

The clerk on 1st and 2nd shift were nice

Clerk on 3rd shift was rude and told me he cancelled my reservations. Room was dirty and there was a horrid smell in the elevator that made me and my daughter sick
