Quality Inn Huntersville near Lake Norman

Location

Infrastructure need to be renewed. Rooms need be more clean and repaired. Photos looks nice but are opposite in person.

Location was fine. Close to restaurants and fast food. Ample, safe parking. Hotel was clean , had a few aging issues, but that was okay for the price. (shower rod bent, door trim chipped) Staff was helpful and friendly

Loud altercation in our hallway overnight. We opened the door in the morning ( 7am) to large bags of trash/beer cans dumped in front of the door across the hall. Would appreciate a taller toilet! Breakfast was good but the coffee was mud!

Front desk staff was helpful when there were problems with the room.

The room still had trash in it. The sheets were off the bed and had not been replaced. The room had not been cleaned. There were no towels or toilet paper. Then we were given a different room which had a shelf falling off the wall.

Nothing!

Smelly room! Extremely smelly. Woke up with a bleeding nose because of the carpet smell!!! Without turning the AC on, it is extremely noticeable. DISGUSTING!

There was no breakfast when we went to get it, not even juice to drink. Everything was out of order and that was at 8:30

In the bathroom the vent above the shower was disgusting covered in dust and not clean at all, the beds were very uncomfortable and not very clean, the water was lukewarm warm and the heat wasn’t working at all in the first room I was assigned. And the nonsmoking hallway where we were smelled like smoke.

Beds were very comfortable

They held $100 and told me I would have it back the morning I checked out. I didn’t get it til4 days later. I needed that money for gas to complete my trip. They didn’t explain that it would take several days .
