My daughter and her mother had a reservation for two nights that I reserved for them. They only stayed a single night and they checked out early due to the conditions of the location. I was notified the room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. She also felt unsafe with the amount of people that were loitering around the area. I attempted to get a refund for the one night that they did not send there but was declined.

The hotel smelled horrible. Police came to get some people that were fighting next to our room. Definitely don’t recommend it at all.

Sheets were, let's say not bright white. Water stain on wall, juice machine at breakfast did not work. Saved $35 opposed to hotel next door. I'll pay the $35 extra next time. Never again.

Location was about the only thing I can say positive about this hotel

I almost never do a customer service review but this hotel was by far the worst hotel I ever stayed at and I am 60 years old so have stayed at my share. Arrived late to hotel at 10PM with my 83 year old mother and was shocked at the smell of marijuana in the lobby and the hotel appeared to be a long term rental for locals as people were in and out at the late hour. Front desk personnel seemed to know many of the people in and out of the hotel at the late hour and mentioned the first floor rooms were for the "locals". When we got to room on the 3rd floor (I requested a 1st floor for my elderly mom ). Walking down the hall the smell of marijuana was so strong I could not believe it as I asked for a non smoking room. The carpets in the hall were dirty and someone actually came out of a room smoking a cigarette in the hallway. The room had the sheets stripped off and there were no pillow cases and the room was obviously not cleaned as there was garbage in the can. Facility is super dirty and in need of major updating. Went back to desk and the operator said he would change my room but is was very late for my elderly mom so I asked for sheets and pillow cases, wow could not believe what I was experiencing at a Quality Inn. Again the person at the desk had no idea what was needed to make a bed and handed me 2 flat sheets and 3 pillow cases (there were 6 pillows). Was so tired at that point had to endure the stay (would have left if I got there earlier) . Went to have breakfast the next morning and was very unclean and opted not to risk any stomach issues for the breakfast prepared at this unsanitary place. I noticed the sign on the wall at the front desk that says this hotel is independently owned and operated but Quality Inn should certainly screen the owners of their hotels if they have any care for the corporate name . This hotel is way below standard to an unsanitary and unhealthy level that should be reported .
