location was ok but that was it everything was a horrible expience and will never get a room there are any of there same hotel

shower had no pressure it only dripped water call front desk the lady hung up without even telling me someone was coming. then when she got there she was like the wat working it was dripping it wouldnt even spray to your body. then talk with manager which had a attitude and final gave another wrong which was very smokey in a not smoking hotel whic flared up my daughter asthma. so i went back down stair the frotn desk called him again and he stated he wasnt coming back down the back he about to take a shower and not worry about it. i ask for a discount or something on room he said he not doing anything and got off the phone. then i ask for corporate number they gave me a card and to me to scan the qrcode which didnt work smh. then breakfast went to get waffle and it wasnt coming out anymore the worker ask me did i check to see if it was clogged up bc someone yesterday said it was working and thats what was wrong with it. i dont know how to check your machine then she look said its out and kept wiping the and wouldnt get anymore . they all seem like they didnt want to be there. i should get a full refund bc this was horrible and experience i had gotten other teammates to stay there and others was like there room was very smokey and the smoke detector kep going beeping RESPONSE TO Mr Patel you were rude and you didn’t accommodate when I told you what happen I n second room with smoke which causing problems you talk the young lady that you not coming down you were about to take a good shower. If you played replay to people they would have seen what your employee said at the waffle machine as well as how you were also wrong . But keep lying about things worked by your are not a good manager at all for that location. I was on the phone with corporate when the white couple came down and stated that they didn’t have in hot water and there room was Smokey as well but they were just going to leave and go somewhere else. Instead of addressing the problem you tell lies.

Front desk staff & check in experience. Good bed and blackout shade. Good water pressure and hot water.

The hotel was refurbished but it's mostly cosmetic. The bathroom needs a redo, not just a touchup. Moldy grout and caulk, rusty toilet paper holder on loose drywall anchors, patched drywall. The rooms smelled like smoke, even though I know no one smoked here in ages. The old drywall holds onto odor and no amount of paint and patching can fix that.

Bed linen hadn't been changed.unless it wasn't washed good..Make sure u look at ur sheets before u get in bed and pillow cases
