We got the juccuzi tub but the water never got over Luke warm. It was borderline cold....The bed was very hard and you could hear other guests talking in the hallways when we tried to sleep

The staff was polite and hekpful.. The location of the hotel is great for meeting the needs of their patrons.

The furniture outside wasn't clean but we could've used towels to sit on it.

Clean, comfortable and easy access from my grandsons Travel Baseball Field.

Some type of motor running through the night which was kind of loud but my room was across from Mechanical Room.

Bed was comfy. Outdoor fireplace.

Staff was not friendly. Hot tub is not traditional hot tub- they claim swirling water is a hot tub.

"Too much $ for what we got out of it."

The room stayed cool.

Water pressure in shower is low. Got water for sink did not get above luke warm. Electric outlets by bed were loose and didn't hold the chargers. Only 1 would work, and my husband's C-pap machine had to be used for that. We found a cord that came from behind the head of the bed that looked like it needed to be plugged in, but no outlet available for it, and not even sure what it was used for. Lights are LED and wayyyy too bright. It was hard to get comfy cozy. Bed was hard and had an incline. Microwave started to smoke after just 5 seconds. We were in room 202.
