"Great place for a business trip."

The hotel is comfortable and well located for workplaces in Washington Boulevard in Jersey City. The bar/restaurant serves decent food making it a good option for a work trip, and the hotel has good facilities.

Prices are on the high-side but in-line with the NYC/JS markets that have gone crazy.

"Door lock not working"

Rosa is an exceptional an employee. She went above and beyond by calling manger and the maintenance team to come fix my door key after a long days work. She just happened to be on floor doing her and she saw my frustration and came to help without me asking. She’s a great employee to keep. Good Job Rosa (House Keeping)
