"Mildred is the reason to stay at this Double Tree"

I love this hotel. It’s a great location with easy access to NYC and downtown Jersey City. The beds are super comfy. The best aspect is the customer service. I was attended by Mildred OZORIA at the front desk and she is just so warm and welcoming. Mildred goes the extra mile to make your stay memorable. She truly has the patience and personality to work in hospitality. Thank you Mildred!

"House Keeper Had a Heart"

stayed at the DoubleTree in Jersey City with my big family, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Mildred at the front desk. She was incredibly courteous, patient, and professional from the moment we arrived. Checking in a large group can be a lot, but she handled everything smoothly and made sure we were all taken care of. Throughout the night she continued to assist us with anything we needed, always with a great attitude and a smile. Her customer service was truly top-tier and made our stay that much better. Thank you, Mildred, for making the experience so easy and welcoming. She’s a real asset to the hotel!

"Mildred the savior"

My family needed a place to stay with a really late checking. We called the hotel and they had the room. We got around 3 am and there was Mildred at front desk. She knew we were arriving and she was expecting us. She was very welcoming, helpfull and caring with my family. She knew how to solve our issues at that hour. Best place to stay with family if you want the full experience between NJ and NYC.
