Comfort Suites Rochester Henrietta University Area

Breakfast was good , very good variety of hot and cold preferences to accommodate different tastes. Liked the cosy atmosphere of the breakfast room . Our group of 6 friends (seniors) came down in the evening and played word games and sang together . It was a lot of fun. We wanted to play cards or some board games but there were none available . Would suggest you keep some playing cards, some board games like Monopoly, Charades, or Snakes and Ladders for kids and groups . And advertise it in the hotel as guests come in . Specially in winter months .

The chairs in the breakfast room had seen better days. They were all frayed and the top of seats were peeling off. That was a bit disappointing for Comfort Suites. If possible please get new chairs for the breakfast room. Just an honest suggestion

Breakfast was only passable. The help was rude to a guest who expressed concern about his not using plastic gloves when handling the food. I was told breakfast went until 10 but the helper closed it at 9:00. The place was rundown in many areas. My room was good

Only had coffee for breakfast and it was fine. The bathroom wasn't swept well, but it was ok. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. The room itself was in good shape. The bathroom was nice and roomy. Air/heat worked great. We asked to be away from the elevator since the "dinging" makes my dogs bark. They put us in the PERFECT location, around a corner and all the way to the back. It was GREAT! I really appreciate the accommodation. The hotel being away from the big city hustle and bustle made it a nice quiet place to get a good night's sleep. Had a nice double rainbow out of our window the next morning!

Other than the bathroom floor corners being unkempt, the tv was angled down too far to watch unless you were laying down on the bed. Also, there were kids running around in the hotel and they kept beating on our door, the last time it happened at 10:30pm. However, when I called the front desk, someone took care of it and we didn't hear anyone knocking again.
