Ambassador Hotel Tulsa, Autograph Collection

The Ambassador never disappoints. Large, updated rooms with a great bar and dining experience downstairs. We came for a staycation when a new years getaway was cancelled and never left until checkout.

My wife and I loved this hotel. Very nice atmosphere, very friendly staff, and the room was clean and well done. Would definitely stay here again.

Can’t really think of much here, but the wait times at the restaurant for food and drink or a little long, but it was their grand re-opening, so we were definitely willing to give them some grace there.

The hotel is fabulous however, we ran into a bit of trouble. We booked online for a king suite and when we checked in they said they only had a double queen, our tv remote didn’t work (IT helped solve the issue), and the ac was broken and they didn’t forewarn us. it was a stifling 83 degrees. the night time service was phenomenal. their hospitality made sweating and being miserable almost okay. We will be back bc they made us feel so much better and took care Of us. They brought fans or we couldn’t have stayed as well as several other nice gestures. Thank you Tyler!!

The property’s air conditioning in all rooms broke and the rooms were a very uncomfortable temperature. Things happen, but the staff kept promising it would be fixed within a couple hours. It was never fixed and I would have changed hotels if they were honest about the situation. The hotel is old and needs some major updates. Quite disappointed for a “4 star” autograph collection hotel.

This is a Marriott property with Fairfield level amenities, at JW Marriott prices. On the positive side there is easy free parking behind the hotel, the staff was friendly, and there is a shuttle on demand to take you to nearby places. On the negative side, there are few amenities, the hotel is dated and is in the midst of a renovation, and many things advertised on the website are not available. The hotel has a worn feel to it, the carpeting in the halls and my room was worn and dirty. A sign announced that I had a swanky room, but it wasn’t. Dark paint, dark gray wallpaper, Regular furnishings, a typical hotel shower cubicle. The website says whirlpools in the room, mine didn’t. The website says happy hour at their bar, there wasn’t. The bar was a dingy place in the basement, I went their and tripped over rolled up carpet and left. Fortunately the staff recommended great local restaurants and took me there in a shuttle. I don’t understand the great reviews on this place.

Excellent hotel

This was the worst customer service i ever received and i will be suing for discrimination and emotional de stress! I missed 4 days a sleep and i wanted to rest. I left my wallet at the smoke shop & they refused to help me after writing a letter because i had no voice! I will be the new owner once I’m done 😎

Great big hotel room, staff very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to any place within 3 miles of hotel and quick call to hotel to be picked up later on. In moring staff gave us information for our route 66 trip and free bottles of water
