Ambassador Hotel Tulsa, Autograph Collection

This was the nicest of the three hotels we stayed in Tulsa.

This was my first stay at this property and I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service I received. Check-in was seamless. The room was well designed and functional, the only negatives were the mattress -- it felt like an older spring mattress, and the towels -- a few of them were rather worn. When I had a noisy neighbor, I was relocated, without question or hesitation, to an upgraded room. Khaleel was a standout during my stay, he handled the move with the utmost professionalism and was extremely helpful as a shuttle driver.

We spent three lovely nights at this charming hotel. The rooms a large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive. The hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious! Just off downtown, it was quiet while not so far out that we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go in minutes.

Beautiful property that is extremely clean and well appointed with beautiful furnishings. The only thing I would change is the bed pillows. They were feather/down and flat and terribly unsupportive. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. I love the boutique feel of this hotel.

It was a nice building. Cute design and room decor but you could definitely see there were updates needed.

Rooms over all needs updating. Especially for the price paid. Room service had maybe 3 or 4 entrees very disappointing with a in house restaurant. And sloppy service didn’t provide enough utensils. And they auto added gratuity. Casting on TV didn’t work so stuck with few basic channels or ridiculous expensive pay per view.

I liked the soft bed and pillows and clean room. Very helpful staff too
