Breakfast was good. Pool/hot tub was clean. Beds comfortable & clean. Great 1 night stay. Stores close by. Overall we would return. Front desk attendant Nadia was a pleasure to work with and after reading many reviews she is the reason we choose to stay at this hotel. Excellent Customer service from her. Big vanity mirror was nice in room. Lots of lighting in the room. Big and spacious room.

The elevator was slow and loud, breakfast room was extremely hot. It was uncomfortable eating breakfast in that room due to how hot it was. Bathroom was very small and sadly floors were dirty. We were offered another room which was nice but we didn’t want to hassle with moving all our things.

The bed was comfy. Employees were nice. Breakfast was decent.

There was rotting food in the pool area. It wasn’t cleaned up, even the next day after we checked out. There were adults getting drunk in the hot tub all evening. I think some of them were employees. They just put up a sign that said “hot tub out of order” so no one else could go in. Food service Hair nets, crusty bandaids, and random items in the pool. It was disgusting. I brought my 4 year old here and left the pool. I only stayed here for the pool. Wish I would have stayed elsewhere. Also no one would fix our TV remotes so don’t count on watching TV while you’re here either.
